Pre-assembled substation: YBM□-12/0.4
This compact product features a functional design with three compartments: high-voltage, transformer, and low-voltage rooms. Its standout advantages include a highly integrated system and compact footprint, occupying merely 1/10 to 1/5 of the space required by conventional substations of equivalent capacity, significantly reducing civil engineering work and construction costs. The enclosure boasts a high IP34D protection rating, providing effective dust and moisture resistance for outdoor applications.
Its main technical parameters are: rated voltage 12/0.4kV, wide range of transformer capacity (commonly 100kVA to 1250kVA and above), and can be used as an oil-immersed or dry transformer. In the distribution system, it can be used for ring network power supply, dual power supply or radial terminal power supply system, and the operation mode is flexible and reliable.
The product is widely used in urban residential areas, commercial centers, industrial parks, public facilities and temporary construction sites. As a key node for receiving and distributing electric energy, it can penetrate into the load center and effectively reduce line loss.

Operating Conditions
For intelligent integrated substations, in addition to complying with all regulations mandated by the power department, the following matters should be observed during installation, acceptance, handover tests, operation, and maintenance:
Users should carefully inspect the products upon receipt in accordance with relevant regulations. For products not to be installed immediately, they should be stored in appropriate locations as specified by the usage conditions.
The product should be lifted using a dedicated lifting device at the bottom, as shown in the product lifting diagram.
The product level is placed on the basis of the pre-made foundation, and the gap between the product base and the foundation is sealed with cement mortar to prevent rainwater from entering the cable room. The high and low voltage cables are connected through the bottom sealing plates of the high and low voltage rooms.
After product installation, reliable grounding must be ensured. The two main grounding terminals on the steel channel of the power station base, the transformer's neutral point and enclosure, and the down-pole of the surge arrester shall all be grounded by the installation department. All grounding systems shall share a single grounding device with a resistance below 4 ohms. Prior to commissioning after installation or maintenance, the following items shall undergo inspection and testing:
Whether the operating mechanism is flexible; whether the main electrical components 'switching is flexible and reliable; whether the auxiliary contacts' switching is reliable and accurate.
Check if the meter and relay operate accurately; verify the correct ratio and wiring polarity of the instrument and transformer; ensure all electrical components are securely fastened with tightened nuts.
Check the busbar connection integrity, verify the secure installation of support insulators and clamps, confirm proper electrical device settings, and ensure correct fuse element specifications.
Check whether the main circuit and auxiliary circuit contacts meet the requirements of electrical schematic.
All components in the maintenance product are maintained according to their respective technical specifications:
High-voltage switchgear in operation shall undergo inspection of contact conditions and arc suppression device wear after 20 load-carrying or 2000 no-load switching operations. Any abnormalities detected shall be promptly repaired or replaced. For oil-immersed transformers, annual oil sample analysis shall be performed as required. Low-voltage switchgear shall be inspected and analyzed for tripping causes after automatic tripping, with reactivation permitted only after fault resolution. Surge arresters shall undergo preventive testing annually prior to the onset of thunderstorm seasons.
