The 10kV mid-mounted cabinet, officially termed Armored Enclosed Switchgear (AEI), is a core power distribution device in electrical systems responsible for energy reception and distribution. Its name derives from the central placement of the circuit breaker trolley within the cabinet. Widely deployed in industrial and mining facilities, infrastructure projects, and 10kV substations, this equipment performs critical functions including control, protection, monitoring, and isolation.

Key components such as the circuit breaker and isolation carriage are mounted on a removable cart, enabling flexible operation and easy maintenance through multiple positioning states including working, testing, isolation, and removal. The cabinet is constructed from high-quality aluminum-zinc coated steel plates through multiple bending processes, forming a fully enclosed metal armor structure. It is divided into isolated compartments: busbar room, circuit breaker cart room, cable room, and instrument relay room, ensuring operational safety and preventing fault escalation.
The mid-mounted cabinet features a comprehensive "five-prevention" locking mechanism to prevent accidental operation. Its core specifications typically include a rated current of 1250A to 3150A and a short-circuit breaking capacity of 25kA to 40kA. Optional integrated protection devices enable intelligent measurement and protection. Designed in strict compliance with domestic and international standards such as GB and IEC, this product stands out with high reliability, compact structure, user-friendly operation, and safe maintenance, making it the preferred equipment for modern distribution network construction.
