The oil tank features a fully sealed corrugated structure that completely isolates transformer oil from air, effectively preventing oil degradation and moisture absorption. This design extends maintenance intervals to 2-3 times longer than conventional products while delivering superior heat dissipation and short-circuit resistance. The product also incorporates low-noise design, high-reliability construction, and core-free maintenance features, making it adaptable to complex outdoor environments including high temperatures, high humidity, and salt spray conditions.
With rated capacities ranging from 30kVA to 2500kVA and voltage levels up to 35kV, it meets diverse needs from small factories to large industrial parks. Its eco-friendly features align with green grid construction requirements, making it an ideal choice for driving energy transition.

 1. Core   
◎ The core is made of high - permeability grain - oriented cold - rolled silicon steel sheets.
◎ It adopts a new - style core, which is a fully - lapped, stepped - core structure. The core column has a multi - level stepped circular cross - section, and the yoke and core have equal cross - sections.
2. Windings
 The windings use corrugated oil ducts, no - varnish process, and are bound with tightening bands.
◎ All windings are concentric coils. The high - voltage winding has taps corresponding to the required tap - changing voltage, which are connected to the tap - changing switch. The switch is installed on the top cover of the tank and can only change the tap - changing voltage after the power is cut off.
3. Safety Protection Devices
 Transformers from 30~2000 kVA are equipped with pressure relief valves.
◎ Gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements.
4. Oil Temperature Measurement Devices
◎ All transformers are equipped with a glass thermometer socket, which is installed on the top of the oil tank and extends into the oil by 120 ± 10 mm.
◎ Transformers from 1000 to 2000 kVA are equipped with outdoor - type signal thermometers.
5. Transformer Tank
The transformer tank is made of corrugated walls, and the surface is painted with dust - resistant paint. The paint film is firm.
◎ The corrugated heat - dissipation fins not only have cooling functions but also “breathing” functions. The elasticity of the corrugated heat - dissipation fins can compensate for the volume changes of the transformer oil caused by temperature rises and falls. Therefore, fully sealed transformers do not have oil reservoirs, which reduces the overall height of the transformer.
When the transformer is sealed, the vacuum oil - filling process is used to completely remove moisture from the transformer. The transformer oil does not come into contact with air, effectively preventing the decline in transformer insulation performance and the aging of transformer oil caused by oxygen and moisture. Therefore, there is no need for regular oil sample tests.
